Trainer Files: Two Factory Heads
In this event, which runs through to run through to August 9th, at 10:59pm (PDT), Sawyer seeks the assistance of Factory Heads Thorton and Noland to help assist him with a pair of uncooperative rental Pokémon, who are causing problems for inexperienced trainers. By completing battles during this event, players can earn Event Voucher I items, which can be exchanged for a variety of valuable items, including 5★ Scout Tickets, 5★ Hoenn Scout Tickets, 5★ Sinnoh Scout Tickets, and a Field Move Candy Coin. Players can also obtain Gems for completing special missions during the event. Players can claim these rewards even if they have previously completed the event during the original run in October, 2023.
As usual for events of this type, players will have an increased chance of receiving bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable Sync Pairs and reward rates are as follows:
These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of Thorton & Magnezone, Noland & Ninjask, and Sawyer & Honchkrow would grant a combined +160% (×2.6) rewards.
Players should also note the following when playing this event:
5★ Thorton & Magnezone, and 5★ Noland & Ninjaskmake their return in this latest set of Variety Scouts. The Double Feature Variety Scout, and Variety Tiered Scout will be available until August 9th, at 10:59pm (PDT), while the Variety Featured Ticket Scout will be available until August 16th, at 10:59pm (PDT).
The Double Feature Variety Scout includes a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for ×100 paid gems. This daily discount can be used up to 3 times per day during the entire length of the scout.
In addition, Trainers can also take advantage of a Variety Tiered Scout. This Scout has five tiers, each of which is a Sync Pair Scout ×11. Players are able to scout once on each tier by using Paid Gems, with the amount of gems increasing with each tier. Additionally, Tiers 2 through 5 grant the player additional in-game rewards.
