Catch Flabébé in Pokémon GO in next month's Community Day on September 14th

Flabébé, the Single Bloom Pokémon, will be the featured Pokémon for Pokémon GO's September 2025 Community Day, which will be held on Sunday, September 14th, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm local time. During this event, Flabébé will be appearing more frequently in the wild, together with their Shiny variants.

The five variants of Flabébé will each be appearing in different part of the world:

Red Flower Flabébé will be appearing in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

Blue Flower Flabébé will be appearing in the Asia-Pacific region

Yellow Flower Flabébé will be appearing in the Americas

White Flower Flabébé will be appearing globally rarely

Orange Flower Flabébé will be appearing globally rarely

All of these variants of Flabébé can also be encountered as Shiny.

Event Bonuses and Activities
The following event bonuses will be active throughout the event:

Limited-time Evolution requirement: Evolve Floette into Florges after earning seven hearts with Floette as the buddy Pokémon

1/4 Egg Hatch Distance

2× Candy for catching Pokémon

2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon

Lure Modules and Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours

Trainers can receive an in-game surprise by taking a few snapshots during Community Day

The following additional event bonuses will be active from 2:00pm to 10:00pm local time:

One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of three for the day

Trades will require 50% less Stardust

Featured Attack
Until September 21st, at 10:00pm local time, Floette that are evolved into Florges will learn the Charged Attack Chilling Water. This attack has 60 power and lowers the opposing Pokémon’s Attack by one stage in Trainer Battles, and 65 power in Gyms, and raids.

Paid Special Research
A Flabébé Community Day-exclusive Special Research will be available for purchase for US$1.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency). Trainers who complete this research will earn additional encounters with White Flower Flabébé and Orange Flower Flabébé, including three encounters with either White Flower Flabébé or Orange Flower Flabébé that have Tales of Transformation-themed Special Background; a Premium Battle Pass; and a Rare Candy XL. This Special Research can also be gifted to any friend with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher.

Free Field and Timed Research
Free Community Day-themed Field Research will be available. Amongst other rewards, Trainers completing this research will be able to earn additional encounters with Flabébé, as well as Stardust, and Great Balls. Some Trainers may even find Field Research that leads to encounters with Flabébé that have a Seasonal Special Background. The color of this Flabébé’s flower is based on the Trainer's region. White Flower Flabébé and Orange Flower Flabébé can appear anywhere.

Additionally, Trainers that log in during the September 2025 Community Day will receive Timed Research, which upon completion, will award an encounter with a Flabébé that has a Tales of Transformation-themed Special Background. The color of this Flabébé’s flower is based on the Trainer's region and have an increased chance to be Shiny. The tasks associated with this Timed Research must be completed, and their rewards must be claimed, before September 21st, at 10:00pm local time.

Ultra Community Day Box
An Ultra Community Day Box featuring three Max Potions and one Special Research ticket will be available on the Pokémon GO Web Store for US$1.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency). This web store deal will be available starting September 8th, at 10:00am (PDT).
