Grimsley Variety Scouts\
Grimsley debuts his new Variety Sync Pairs with Absol today in this latest set of Variety Scouts. The Grimsley Variety Scout and Presents! Limit 3! Grimsley Variety Scout will run through to June 5th, at 10:59pm (PDT), while the associated Grimsley Guaranteed Variety Scout will continue until June 12th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

Grimsley (Kimono) & Absol are a 5★ Sprint Role Sync Pair that can be raised to 6★ EX, and has an unlockable Field EX Role and Superawakening. They have the same costume as Grimsley (Kimono) & Bisharp, and do not have their own individual sync pair story.

The pair feature a variety of luck-themed gimmicks. Most prominent is their Feint Attack move, which has a variety of different random buffs and debuffs that can be applied. When Grimsley (Kimono) & Absol have Mega Evolved, in addition to this move gaining increased base and max power, several of the potential buffs and debuffs are also boosted to double the amount of stat ranks. Grimsley (Kimono) & Absol's The Die Has Been Cast! Passive Skill also gives them a random buff to their Attack, Defense, and Sp. Def when they enter a battle, with each of these stats receiving a boost between one to six stat ranks at random.

Players will receive 1 Sprint Move Candy Coin the first three times they do a Sync Pair Scout ×11 with the Grimsley Variety Scout. This scout also has a Daily Discount, where players can receive a single Sync Pair Scout each day for 100 Paid Gems.

In addition to the Grimsley Variety Scout, Trainers can also take advantage of a Presents! Limit 3! Grimsley Variety Scout, a special Sync Pair Scout requiring paid gems, that, as the name implies, can be used up to 3 times. Players will receive a 50% discount on their first Sync Pair Scout ×11 for this special Spotlight Scout, making it 1,500 Gems rather than the usual 3,000.
